my 2-week summer vacation started (the minimum length required) and i'm dreading the whole thing. people at work told me to rest and enjoy the free time and do what i want
like i totally get them since that is the point but the reason i keep avoiding having vacations is that i always fall into behaviour that can low key be considered self-destructive.
routines and busy schedule might actually be something that keeps someone sane and healthy, and i wish people could take that into account

my doc tried to get me a referral for something like massage therapy or manual therapy but it went through as PT so i'm fully expecting to walk back in there for the third time in my life and be told i'm in a constant and increasing amount of pain just because i must either be lying about the fact that i'm still doing my stupid fucking stretches or i must not be doing them exactly the right perfect way or something
